Going, Going, Gone?

02.23.2012 Most real estate colleagues of mine don't like to talk about their deals. Not because they are secretive, although they are, but because they don't want to jinx the deal. Since I don't believe in luck, I tend to follow the same course but because I don't want my hopes dashed against the rocks. Rocks be damned. 2012 is going to be a great year. There I said it. Many exciting discussions and dreams in the making. More to come.
